SYNOPSIS

is_user_name_allowed($name)

DESCRIPTION

is_user_name_allowed returns false if $name is a user name which is forbidden, true if $name is allowed.

The list of forbidden user names is defined by the configuration parameter $blacknamelist in the file includes/config.inc.
